Scam Burst

A Queens man has been busted for defrauding a group of churchgoers out of $105,000 in phony investments in his Long Island companies, police said. Molton Michel, 32, of Kew Gardens, was charged with grand larcenies committed in 2000 and 2001 against three members of a Queens church, Hope Restoration, said Nassau County Detective Sgt.
